We had Superior Water Filters install a Reverse Osmosis Water Filter in both our home and our office, over 5 years ago and it has been a great investment for our health.

Prior to that we were buying water by the 20 litre bottle which was proving quite expensive. It was also unsightly and bulky having to store all the bottles. We would have to remember to have them out for pick up and delivery. Another thing to organise in our already busy lives.

We felt the need for pure water following my wife being diagnosed with breast cancer for the 2nd time in 2002 (thankfully it is all looking good now). We independently had the water from our filter tested at our local naturopath and it proved to be contamination free and very pure.

We now have an over abundance of pure fresh water on tap whenever we need it. It is so plentiful we use it in our cups of tea, when making a soup and even when steaming vegetables. You could even water the indoor plants if you wish, given it is so plentiful.

The other great benefit is the TASTE. If fact there is no taste, only the experience of pure clean neutral water.

The installation was very professionally conducted and the maintenance has been first class. Mal O'Keeffe never rushes. He takes his time ensuring every step in the process is done exactly right and he double checks everything before he leaves.

My wife and I consume over 2 litres of this water each per day and it always tastes clean and fresh.

Friendly Service

I have been using a Superior Water Filter for about six months. I have the Counter Top Model and have no complaints. I would recommend this model to my friends and others which i have done.

Always Prompt

I have been dealing with Mal from Superior Water Filters for several years now, and I am very pleased with the service.

He is always prompt and will fit in with my schedule when it comes time for my filter cartridge to be replaced. He has also introduced a reminder service, so I have one less thing to have to remember!

We are very Happy

We have a water purifier which was not purchased from Superior Water Filters. For the past four years Mal from Superior Water Filters has been servicing the unit on a yearly basis. We are very happy with the prompt friendly service, which is free I might add.

We only pay for the replacement cartridge. With the discount price on the cartridge we have been able to enjoy considerable savings. We would have no hesitation in recommending Superior Water Filters.

It was as refreshing as a glass of pure water to meet a service man that could read his watch, often we make appointments with trades people, and take time from work to meet them, only for them to be hours late and then not even an apology. On each occasion Mal has been on time to the minute and the only time he had to delay he rang us to let us know well in advance.

Your prices are the best I have found here on the Gold Coast but as we are only talking a relatively small amount of money, this would not be enough on its own to guarantee we continue to use you. it is your SERVICE that has us hooked. when our time came near due for a new cartridge we were considering what to do. when to our pleasant suprise you rang us to say that we were due and what exact time would we like you to come, and i must say you were thirty seconds late (or is my watch slow?)
